2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, information, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all content provided does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
  • Cooperate during the project development phase and respond to queries promptly.

3. Payment Terms

- All project costs will be detailed in a proposal or invoice before commencement.
- A deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are non-refundable once the project has begun.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Project Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your project on time. However, delays due to client response time, change requests, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeline.

5. Revisions and Changes

We allow up to 3 rounds of revisions as part of the project. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

- Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content provided by us, excluding third-party assets.
- We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Hosting and Domain

Unless included in the service agreement, clients are responsible for domain registration and hosting services. We can assist or provide these services at an additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services. This includes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for work completed to date.

10. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
